I design and build AI agents, data platforms and the software around them.
I have worked in data and AI since 2017, across consulting, fintech, automotive and venture capital. I have led a data team, moved legacy pipelines to lakehouses, and shipped RAG systems and AI agents to production. Today I work independently on agent systems and the data behind them.
I studied computer science at FAST-NUCES in Karachi and started my career at 10Pearls, building Python and Java APIs and helping set up the first data science team.
From there I moved into data consulting for automotive clients like AUDI and MAN, then built the data warehouse at BIT Capital, and later led the BI and data warehouse team at Hella Gutmann.
Since 2024 I have worked with Sapphire Ventures on AI infrastructure, and at the end of 2025 I went fully independent. Today my focus is AI agents: the harness, tools and guardrails that make them reliable, and the data that makes them useful.
